This is my very first attempt at newborn photography and I absolutely enjoyed EVERY moment! And not just because it is my very own newborn. Before, I was soo scared to even handle a newborn baby for fear of hurting their necks or something, but I have the hang of it now :O) ha. A newborn baby is a reminder to me how almighty and generous our Lord truly is! How precious and gentle they all are!
For this first photo, I have to give creativity credit to Studio Ainsley Photography . I saw a similar photo of theirs in searching newborn photographers and fell in love after seeing the very same monkey that we had!
A friend gave us a yellow rose bush to plant for our precious baby. It hadn’t bloomed since the beginning of May, and on the day we came home from the hospital, June 28, their was a single bloom. It was just breath-taking!
Now, I have been anticipating the finish of this photo since I took the first in May. It was hard catching my husband between fishing, work, and all his running around, but I finally managed to capture one right before he was headed out to fish a tournament! Poor Satilla looks bummed doesn’t she? :/
