About a month ago, I had the privilege to second shoot for the Storyteller himself, a wedding photographer out of Highlands, NC. Well… actually third shoot! 🙂 By the time I returned his phone call to scream with excitement that YES I would love to work with him, the second shooter position had been filled. *Big pouty lip* However, after our phone conversation of generally just getting to know one another (or more so, me picking his wedding photographer mind. Thanks Charles!) he decided that having a third shooter might not be a bad idea for this wedding! 🙂 So… off to Columbia I ventured; and through it all, met two other awesome photographers! One from Charlotte, NC and one from Charleston, SC. It was most definitely a networking venture for me; I luuuve meeting new folks that share the same passion that I do! And because I didn’t want the bride and groom to feel like they had the paparazzi after them, I focused mainly on the detail shots from the day; and worked the background with the 70-200mm zooming in on the action of what was happening between poses with the other photographers.
