I’ve slightly tweaked the name of my little biz for two reasons: one, from the beginning, I was hesitant to undertake this journey with my name as ‘Charlotte Jennings Photography’ for reasons that are now proving themselves true to me. I should have went with my gut feeling from the start. Let’s just say, my real name + the internet = scares me to death! Second, after consulting with branding professionals, and well, my husband, lol, we’ve all determined that Charlotte Ashley (my middle name) just has a more ‘Southern’ feeling to it which is my heart! I am a Southerner. I love shrimp and grits; I love Live Oak trees with Spanish moss; I love salt marshes; I love tomato gravy and fried okra; and, I love a comfortable, yet humid evening sitting in a tree swing watching lightning bugs and listening to crickets chirping while my kiddo is running around barefooted trying to catch them.
Thus, we have Charlotte Ashley Photography from this point on! 😉
And because a picture is a must with any post, here is one I think back to alot when I start longing to be on the coast! I absolutely adore my doggie daughter : ) She’s so full of life and wonder.
Love everything about the new website, the name change, etc! The music is perfect, the pictures are awesome, and I love all aspects of it. I completely agree with the name dilemma…your full name issue and the southerness of the business name now. Good luck to sweetheart…you deserve all the best!
