Alex + Lindley | A Charleston Wedding and Old Wideawake Plantation Reception

He’s a Clemson Tiger, and she’s a USC Gamecock– a house divided for sure! 😉 Lindley and Alex’s paths crossed while hanging out before the 2012 Clemson/ Carolina game in Clemson through a mutual friend– also the SAME mutual friend that I met Lindley and Alex through! So yes, the saying “it’s a small world” comes into play when you least expect it! They were married on June 18, 2016 with a beautiful ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Charleston, SC, and a reception that followed at Old Wideawake Plantation. I literally was in awe as I turned down the dirt road in route to the reception. Just wait until you see the pictures of this place! It is the perfect location for a wedding reception! And it was the perfect fit for this crowd! Such a laid-back atmosphere! I loved everything about Alex and Lindley’s big day!!! And just seeing the joy of these two finally reaching this day.
