A couple weeks back I had the privilege to photograph another adorable newborn little boy! In fact, he and my son are cousins! 🙂 I seriously cannot believe that when I started out, being a newborn photographer was FAR from top of my list; now it’s right up there with photographing weddings!!! Some photographers say they don’t like to photograph newborns because they don’t have any personality during the session and just lay there… well, they are TOTALLY wrong, in my opinion of course. Their personality shines through majorly– whether they are cooperative or not, all the little smiles they smile while sleeping, their adorable little voice (when crying), whether they clinch their fists at your or not, etc. Sure, you can’t direct them into poses or talk and laugh with them, but there are many laughs that occur from behind the camera on my end during a newborn session! 🙂 Enjoy these sweet photos of baby D; he is 7 days new here! 🙂 What a little ham he was!
